The Manhatten Fish Market

There was one period when I was a frequent visitor to The Mahattan Fish Market because both the then-boyfriend and I love to eat seafood.

Small Flame and Manhattan Fish 'n Chips are the two dishes we order most frequently because they were (and still are) the two dishes that appear most frequently in promotions.

Small Flame is Manhattan Flaming Prawns, Grilled Dory Fillet and Grilled Squid on a bed of Garlic Herb Rice, vegetables and fries. The fries is not crunchy enough and the Garlic Herb Rice can be more fragrant, but it is otherwise very good.

Manhattan Fish 'n Chips is different all the others is because the fillets are fried to perfection: crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside. The Garlic Herb Sauce that is drizzled on top of the fried fillets brings the delight one notch higher.
